My Legacy was done for Lezleigh's friend, and was created using doilies, handkerchiefs, and tea towels that were made by her friend's mother, aunts, and great aunt. These heirlooms were sitting in a drawer, whittling away and not being seen. So Lezleigh's friend handed them to her and asked if she could do anything to show them off. Lezleigh put them all together, and now the quilt made from them sits on her friend's bed and is seen by her every day.
